For travellers from Malaysia

The mission responsible for Malaysia (and also covering the Philippines) is the Royal Danish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, supported by honorary consuls in several Malaysian states. For visas and consular questions, start there. Malaysian passport holders do not need a visa for short Schengen stays; see Denmark for Malaysians for the current entry rules and the upcoming ETIAS requirement.

Emergency help abroad. If you need urgent consular assistance outside an embassy's opening hours, Denmark operates a Ministry of Foreign Affairs 24/7 Global Call Centre. The current number is listed on every mission's official site (for example, on the Kuala Lumpur embassy contact page). In a life-threatening emergency inside Denmark, dial 112.
