Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain terms, what information Denmark.com.my collects and how it's used.

Information we collect
- Contact form. When you use our contact form, you provide your name, email, optional phone number, a topic and a message. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry.
- Spam protection. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell humans from bots. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy and terms; it may process technical data such as your IP address and interactions with the page.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our host may keep standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your message and to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We don't share your enquiry with third parties except as needed to operate the site (for example, our email/hosting provider) or where required by law. Note that messages are delivered by email and reCAPTCHA involves Google as a processor.

This site links to many third-party websites (see our footer and resource sections). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Your choices
You can contact us at support@denmark.com.my to ask what enquiry data we hold about you, or to request that we delete your message from our inbox. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or Malaysia's PDPA.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this address.
